Thrusters for Hull Cleaning Vessel
Hydromaster Series 4 Deck Mounted Propulsion Units were shipped to Busan. They were installed and commissioned in just 2 weeks, to propel this work barge that is used for hull cleaning of large commercial vessels in Busan port during ship’s cargo handling.
A significant improvement is made in the hydrodynamic efficiency of large vessels by means of regular cleaning of marine growth, resulting in better fuel consumption to eventually contribute to reducing global carbon footprint. The Hydromaster propulsion units are powered by Doosan L126TIH diesel engines and fully classed to KR rules.
